Arabi Tikki Chaat

Fasts are boring, says who?

Here is the most happening and flavorful chaat to uplift your mood and to let your taste buds do their happy dance!

It is soft inside, crunchy on outside, light on stomach and a complete flavor bomb. Also, a very good idea to use the lowkey Colocasia in a very tasty way.

Ingredients

2 cup of boiled (only 2 whistles on moderate flame) and peeled arbi , ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp jeera powder, ¼ tsp dried mango (amchur) powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala, salt as per taste, oil for greasing & cooking.

For chaat - beaten curd, imli chutney, coriander & mint chutney, coriander leaves for garnish.

Method.

  1. Press each arbi b/w palms of your hands to gently flatten them.

  2. Put these arbis on a hot greased griddle, cook both the sides sprinkling little oil as and when required, till golden brown in color.

  3. Take an airtight container and add all the spices, mix the spices nicely.

  4. Add all the arbis in this container, cover it with a lid and shake it gently to mix all the spices with the arbi. Ensure not to break the arbis.

  5. In a plate, put 2-3 spice coated arbis and top with 2 tbsp beaten curd. Also spread 1 tbsp of both the chutney and sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.

And thank me later :D
